You own everything you write. We claim no rights to your data. It is yours. We just store it for you securely.
2. Our Content
We own the code, the design, and the Kaertala brand. Please do not copy or repackage the product as your own.
3. Rules of Conduct
- Do not try to attack, abuse, or disrupt the platform.
- Do not use Kaertala for illegal activity.
- Treat support and community spaces with basic respect.
4. Refunds
We offer a no-questions-asked refund of your most recent payment. If you are not happy, contact support. We do not want your money if the product is not helping you.
5. Liability
Kaertala is provided as-is. Our material is educational and self-improvement oriented, not medical care. If you are in crisis, seek help from emergency or licensed professional resources immediately.
6. Changes
If these terms change materially, we will notify you. We will not quietly rewrite the rules in bad faith.
